Project description

Yarraville Place was a timeless conversion of a heritage listed factory into a contemporary display suite. Balmain & Co Civil were appointed by ID_Land to carryout works such as a new car park and on trend landscape construction involving garden beds, planter boxes, mature trees, paving, exposed aggregate and asphalt.

Our civil team was able to complete all works within a 3-week time frame, despite the addition of an increased scope of works during construction.
