333 Stk

Project description

A collection of finely crafted residences in the magnetic beachside suburb of St Kilda.

333 Stk comprises 76 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including two limited penthouse duplexes. The building will extend 10 levels above ground and feature two retail spaces at street level.

Designed by Rothe Lowman, this collection of timeless apartments is defined by innovative architecture, refined interiors and alluring outdoor spaces. The unimposing exterior flaunts a visually cohesive symmetrical form. The materials palette is texturally rich, offset by rich and refined greenery which brings an organic, gentle feel to the overall appearance of the building.

Spacious open-plan living areas have been purposefully crafted to create a strong sense of place. Founded upon engineered timber floors, with full-height windows and sliding doors drawing in an abundance of natural light. The kitchens at 333 Stk are a visual masterpiece, yet strategically designed for practicality. Offering a suite of features such as plentiful storage and high-end appliances, carefully selected fixtures, premium finishes and elegant textures.

On levels 1 and 2 residents can choose to work or relax in the co-living lounge. Mingle with friends and neighbours on Level 5, complete with BBQ, a generously sizes dining area with panoramic views, private kitchen and play haven for children. 333 Stk embraces a comprehensive list of amenities that residents can enjoy within the premises; retail at ground level, an electric vehicle charging station and fully-equipped gym with stunning views.
