Last Friday, our team celebrated not one, but two significant wins at the Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Housing Awards, a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation in residential construction.

Ocean St, Hampton – a stunning collection of bespoke designer residences – was awarded Best Multi Unit Development - Up to 3 Units. This project stands out for its grandeur and thoughtful integration into its natural surroundings. With wooden screening and cladding seamlessly applied both indoors and out, Ocean St creates a harmonious flow between its external architectural elements and the meticulously handcrafted interiors. Each residence spans four levels, offering optimally designed living spaces that balance luxury with comfort. We couldn’t be prouder of this remarkable achievement.

Our second win of the evening was for Amara Oakleigh South, a sustainable urban neighborhood of 96 townhouses, which won Best Integrated Housing Development. Amara is designed with the evolving needs of modern families in mind, offering two, three, and four-bedroom residences that feature open-plan layouts, an abundance of natural light, and high-quality materials. The neutral color palette and thoughtful orientation ensure a seamless flow throughout each home, providing a perfect blend of practicality and sophistication.
