SDA Rosebud
The Coast is a collection of contemporary, multi-room SDA-compliant dwellings located in the beachside suburb of Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula.
Designed specifically for high physical support participants, the project comprises two independent, single-level dwellings with six bedrooms in total. These homes feature a thoughtfully articulated architectural design and an aesthetic that harmonises with the surrounding coastal landscape.
Residents will enjoy generous communal spaces, secure entry, shared basement parking, abundant natural light, and views of the native landscaped gardens—all framed by an impressive coastal outlook.

Funding for legacy dwellings will cease over time, presenting an opportunity to re home participants in these dwellings. In addition, many residents currently in SDA are actively seeking an alternative SDA to better suit their needs and lifestyle.
The Coast will provide tailored SDA compliant accommodation to allow participants to live an un-biased, coastal lifestyle within an exceptional locality whilst offering ample amenities and a rich sense of community.
Nestled along the Port Phillip coast, Rosebud sits between McRae, Capel Sound, Tootgarook, Rye and Sorrento. The Seaside Village is known for its picturesque white sandy coastline, lively foreshore, local amenity, and breathtaking scenery.
