Melton Secondary College Sports Field Upgrade
Project description
The sports field upgrade works at Melton Secondary College involved of the construction of an 18,000m2 AFL/CA Certified synthetic grass multi-purpose sports field, which will cater for AFL and Soccer, along with the construction of a new sports pavilion for the school.
Balmain & Co Civil carried out extensive bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, design/construct of the vertically draining permeable base, Australian-made synthetic grass surface system, associated pavements and landscaping, sporting equipment and 30m high sports lighting.
