Project description
This project involves the construction of an industrial single tenancy with a 1200m2 burnished warehouse floor and 300m2 of office space over 2 levels. The warehouse also has internal suspended mezzanine structure for additional storage, and an external concrete hardstand of approximately 1000m2 in area accessible via dual crossovers.
