Project description

The redevelopment of the Beaumaris Concourse Shopping Precinct by Balmain & Co Civil involved drainage works, full carpark reconstruction, uplift of all pavements, preparation and placement of decorative concrete and asphalt, crossover reconstruction and extensive electrical works throughout the concourse.

All works were completed while maintaining safe pedestrian access throughout the concourse and ensuring all shops were able to remain open for the duration of the works.
