Amara Civil Works Package
Project description
Working together with Southlink Projects, PDS Group and WSP, Balmain & Co Civil will take on the civil works package at Amara, converting the previously vacant 20,000 m2 Clayton West Primary School site into a stunning 98 lot high-end townhouse development.
Our scope includes site clearing and remediation, bulk earthworks, extensive stormwater drainage including OSD Tanks, sewer, water, gas, electrical and communication services, as well the construction of all internal roads and pavements.
Civil works commenced on site in January 2021.
