Situated in the affluent suburb of Armadale, Pavilion offers an architecturally designed collection of parkside residences. Consisting of eleven townhouses, Pavilion extends four levels above ground with two basement levels below.

The building has a contoured aesthetic designed by Selwyn Blackstone Architect, and features intricate detailing and soft curvature which accentuates the façade’s elegantly refined form. Each of the residences within are designed for luxury, featuring the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality to suit a modern lifestyle.
