The Coast - September 2025
Exciting progress continues at The Coast by Balmain & Co, our Specialist Disability Accommodation project in Rosebud.
Externally, brickwork has now been completed, and installation of the lightweight cladding is well underway, giving the building its defined form and character.
Inside, the carpentry first fix is complete, paving the way for the next phase of works. In the coming weeks, painting, waterproofing and tiling will commence as interiors start to take shape.
We look forward to sharing more milestones as this thoughtfully designed project continues to progress towards completion.
