Stage 4 at Preston Crossing has reached completion, with 90 apartments and 25 townhouses almost ready to welcome new residents.

Delivering this stage has come with its share of complexities — particularly around site logistics and coordination. The earlier stages at Preston Crossing (Stages 1 to 3) were constructed concurrently, demanding precise planning and collaboration across teams. Transitioning into the final stage, the dynamic of the site changed significantly. What was once a 12,000 square metre construction zone became a partially occupied precinct, with two completed buildings and a residential laneway already handed over and actively in use. This shift required a heightened focus on health and safety, ensuring clear separation between live construction areas and occupied residences, and prioritising public protection every step of the way.

Seeing the final stage come together and integrate so naturally into the broader Preston Crossing community is a moment of immense pride for all of us at Balmain and Co. The success of the project is a direct result of the collective effort, collaboration, and shared vision of everyone involved.
