Linacre Rise - September 2025
Construction at Linacre Rise is entering its final stages, with internal works progressing toward completion. Cleaning and defecting are now underway, and final fit-offs are taking place on the upper levels.
Externally, the scaffold has been removed to reveal the project’s striking façade, a key milestone that showcases the precision and craftsmanship behind this premium residential development. The brickwork, laid on an off-site LGS frame and craned into position, highlights the innovative construction approach used to bring the design to life.
