Job Opportunity - Contract Administrator (QLD)

We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator for immediate start in Queensland, Australia. 

The ideal candidate for will have:

- 1-3 years construction experience minimum

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic essential

- Previous experience with financial systems e.g. Cheops, Jobpac etc preferred

Key responsibilities include:

- Estimating/Tendering

- Subcontractor Procurement

- Negotiation of terms and pricing

- Forecasting and cost reporting

- Head contract management and administration
