Since our last update the fibro cement cladding on the ground level has reached completion, along with the roof, roof plant platform, solar panels, and services rough-in. The installation of the main switchboard and associated enclosure, and perimeter scaffold have also taken place and plastering has commenced for internal walls and ceilings.

Tiling to balconies and internal wet areas is due to commence in the coming weeks, together with the installation of kitchen joinery, metal cladding, balustrades, and window shrouds on the top level as this affordable housing project in Maribyrnong continues to take shape.
