Prior to joining Balmain & Co, Clare had worked in a range of different industries and sectors, both public and private, including local Government, health and consulting.

We asked Clare to share something that she enjoys about her current role as Financial Controller and Human Resources at Balmain & Co, and her response was ”I love the exposure to all things operations, from systems and finance through to HR there is a lot to cover and to keep me on my toes. It also allows me to have contact with a large number of staff across the company and that is an added bonus.”

With her broad experience, some of the best career advice Clare has received over the years was ‘patience And perseverance’. Something that was told to Clare by her Dad and has resonated throughout her professional career. 

In addition to being great at what she does, Clare is also a supermum to three energetic boys. Outside of work, Clare lives a very active lifestyle, she enjoys spending time with her family and is often at the beach for a swim, playing tennis or watching one of many sporting activities her kids are involved in.
